Privacy Policy Terms Of Service

If the services purchased from MBVB are unsatisfactory or do not meet customer expectations, MBVB will work with the customer to address their concerns before issuing a refund. If a resolution cannot be reached with the customer, MBVB reserves the right to issue partial or full refunds based on the evidence presented by either party.

In cases where goods have been delivered by MBVB but are found to be defective, MBVB will issue a full refund to the customer. To qualify for a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect in writing within 48 hours after delivery of goods from MBVB.

In cases where services have been delivered by MBVB but are found unsatisfactory or do not meet customer expectations, MBVB reserves the right to offer an alternative solution before issuing a refund. Suppose an alternative cannot be agreed upon between both parties. In that case, MBVB reserves the right to issue partial or full refunds at its discretion based on the evidence presented by either party.

All requests for refunds must include detailed information about why a refund is being sought and all relevant dates, times, and circumstances surrounding the request. MBVB reserves the right to deny any request for a refund that does not meet these criteria.
